Former students requesting a transcript to be sent to a college, university, or for a job background check, please email ewmacademy@gmail.com with TRANSCRIPT REQUEST in the subject line, or mail your request to EWMA, 5550 Platt Road, Ann Arbor MI 48108 and provide the following information:

Please write the name of who the transcript was requested for on the check or in the envelope.
There is no fee for current students who request a transcript.
*Please note that as a policy, EWMA prefers not to give out official transcripts to the student or former student, but would rather mail the official transcript directly to who has requested it.
All student records are considered to be personal information under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will not be released to a third party without the written authorization of the student. Telephone requests cannot be accepted.
